Our residents received a beautiful and heartfelt Valentine’s surprise today. Each one was gifted a handmade praying quilt heart adorned with a cross, along with a sweet message reminding them to be mindful of God’s love, peace, and grace. Tucked alongside was a Hershey’s Kiss and a lovely card, making the gesture even more special.
The quilted hearts are being placed in their boxes as a surprise token of love and encouragement. This thoughtful act of kindness was coordinated by Joan Forbes, Spiritual Enrichment Assistant, with the help of dedicated parents and students from Forest Lake Education Center.
