Short-Term Rental Policy
- Check-in at 3:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
- Pre-pay basis; cash or check only; no credit cards
- No phone or maid service provided; Must be 18 years old or older to rent
- Children are welcome.
- No pets allowed.
- This is a smoke and alcohol-free facility.
- Heated swimming pool is available to guests. Sign out the key at the office.
- Wireless internet available in the Small Business Center.
Office hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. & 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays Office is closed
Meal tickets may be purchased in Office. $5.50 per meal
Meals served promptly seven days a week
Breakfast 7:00 a.m.
Dinner 12:00 p.m.
Supper 5:00 p.m.
Short-Term Rental residents are to abide by the same guidelines as in the
Retirement Community Resident Handbook.
