Motel Accomodations

Motel Policy

• Check-in at 3:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
• Pre-pay basis; cash or check only; no credit cards
• No phone or maid service provided; Must be 18 years old or older to rent
• No pets allowed. No smoking or drinking in the motel or on the grounds
• Heated swimming pool is available to guests. Sign out the key at the office. 

Office hours:                 Monday – Thursday                 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
                                    Friday                                    9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
                                    Saturday, Sunday, Holidays    Office is closed

*If you arrive after office is closed, your key will be under the doormat.

Meal tickets may be purchased in Office.                      $5.50 per meal                                                
Meals served promptly seven days a week                    Breakfast          7:00 a.m.
                                                                                 Dinner            12:00 p.m.
                                                                                 Supper             5:00 p.m.

Motel residents are to abide by the same guidelines as in the
Retirement Community Resident Handbook.
